  • Step 3: After that, you have to bend your ring finger in such a way that it is positioned and lie comfortably on the base of your thumb.
  • Step 4: The next step is that you have to put a little pressure on the ring finger with the help of your thumb on the top of it.
  • Step 5: You have to make sure that other fingers are relaxed and straight out while doing the mudra.
