Hey there, fellow yoga lovers!
Welcome to Life Retailers, where we’re all about sharing the good stuff – yoga, fitness, and lifestyle content that actually makes sense. If you’ve got something awesome to share with our community, we’d love to hear from you.
Our motto? “Live Your Yoga.” And we mean it.
We’re not here to give medical advice or pretend we’re doctors. We just want to help people find their flow, both on and off the mat.
About Life Retailers
Life Retailers is more than just another wellness blog. We’re a community of real people sharing real experiences.
Our mission is simple: share practical, safe, and inspiring yoga lifestyle content that anyone can relate to. No fancy medical jargon. No complicated theories that make your head spin.
Just good, honest content that helps people live better lives through yoga and mindful living.
Behind all this is Amit Sharma, our founder and the guy who keeps everything running smoothly. He’s not just talking the talk – he’s walking the walk too.
Amit brings some serious credentials to the table:
- Yoga Teacher & Therapist
- B.Sc. Yoga & Naturopathy
- M.Sc. Yoga Therapy
- IYA Certified Yoga Teacher
- YCB Level 3 – Yoga Teacher (Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India)
Pretty impressive, right? But what we love most is how he keeps everything down-to-earth and accessible.
Who Can Write for Us?
Got a story to tell? We want to hear it.
Whether you’re a seasoned yoga teacher or someone who just discovered warrior pose last week, your voice matters. We welcome yoga practitioners, lifestyle writers, fitness enthusiasts, and wellness bloggers.
New to writing? No problem. Everyone starts somewhere.
Been doing this for years? Even better. Your experience could help someone else on their journey.
The only requirement? You need to be genuine and passionate about what you’re sharing.
What We’re Looking For
We’re pretty open-minded, but here’s what gets us excited:
Yoga routines and practices that people can actually do (without needing a medical degree to understand them)
Mindfulness and meditation techniques that work in the real world – not just in perfect Instagram photos
Yoga philosophy and lifestyle tips that make sense for busy people living busy lives
Personal yoga journeys and inspirational stories because everyone loves a good transformation tale
Yoga for wellness, productivity, and creativity – showing how this ancient practice fits into modern life
Reviews of yoga retreats, books, or products (just keep it honest and helpful, not salesy)
Ayurvedic lifestyle tips that are practical and easy to follow
Breathing techniques and their benefits for general wellness and stress relief
Your content needs to be original, practical, and easy to understand. Think of writing for your best friend who’s curious about yoga but doesn’t know where to start.
Content Guidelines
Let’s keep it simple and effective:
Word count: Aim for 1500-1800 words. Enough to be helpful, not so much that people lose interest.
Structure matters: Use headings and subheadings. Make it easy to scan and digest.
Keep it conversational: Simple language wins every time. If your grandma wouldn’t understand it, simplify it.
No medical advice: We’re not doctors, and we don’t pretend to be. Keep it wellness-focused, not medical.
Back up your claims: Got statistics or research? Great! Just make sure your sources are solid.
Pictures are awesome: High-quality images make everything better. Just make sure you have the right to use them.
No sales pitches: We’re here to help, not sell. Keep promotional content out of your articles.
Submission Process
Ready to share your wisdom? Here’s how it works:
Send your submission to liferetailers@gmail.com with “Guest Post Submission” in the subject line.
Include these details:
- Your article (as a Word doc or Google doc link)
- A short bio (2-3 sentences about you)
- A headshot photo
- Links to your website or social media (if you have them)
We’ll review everything within 5-7 business days. If we love what you’ve written (and we probably will), we’ll let you know when it goes live.
If it needs some tweaks, we’ll work with you to make it perfect.
Benefits of Writing for Life Retailers
What’s in it for you? Glad you asked:

Author recognition: You get a nice author bio and a link back to your website or social media.
